2. Quotations & Pricing

Quotations are based on the information available at the time and on conditions observed during the site survey. Because drilling involves natural ground conditions that cannot always be fully predicted, the final cost may vary where unforeseen conditions (such as rock formations or unusual depth requirements) are encountered. Any such variation will be communicated and agreed with you before additional work proceeds.

3. Site Access & Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work site, for confirming the location of any underground utilities or structures, and for obtaining any permissions required for drilling on the property. We are not liable for damage to undisclosed underground installations.

4. Water Yield

While we use professional survey methods to identify the best drilling points, the presence, quantity, and quality of groundwater depend on natural geological factors. We do not guarantee a specific water yield unless expressly stated in writing in your project agreement.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms, including any deposit and balance schedule, are set out in your quotation or invoice. Work is scheduled and completed in line with the agreed payment terms. Invoices are payable by the date stated on the invoice.

6. Warranties

Any workmanship or equipment warranty we offer is stated in your project agreement. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, third-party interference, power issues, or natural events beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3hrs Borehole shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
